Can I get a DIY divorce in Colorado?

Uncontested divorces with no children and few assets are often good candidates for a divorce with minimal attorney involvement, but a DIY approach can be risky for more complex or contested cases.

How is child custody determined in Colorado?

If parents can agree on allocation of parental responsibilities, courts will typically approve that agreement. If parents cannot agree, courts will allocate parental responsibilities based on the best interests of the children.

How long does divorce take in Colorado?
